Where can I purchase your other products?

This microsite is just for pre-orders. All in stock items are available on our new website oddmentandtweak.com and on Popshop Live.

What sizes do you offer?

Sweatshirts are available in sizes S-5X. Jackets are available in sizes 3XS-7XL. If you need a size not included, please reach out to us so we can check on its availability.

What are the shipping costs?

Jackets ship free within the US.
Sweatshirts ship for a flat rate of $5 within the US no matter how many you buy.

✶ Do you ship worldwide?

We do, but please contact us for an international shipping quote before purchasing.

Actual totals will be put on customs forms. Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs.

We are currently unable to ship to Europe.

✶ When will my package ship?

Sweatshirts are made to order by our print on demand partner. Please allow 7-10 business days before shipping.

Jackets are scheduled to complete production in early September and take about 30 days to arrive to us. We expect to ship presale orders in the first half of October - just in time for the fall season.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, these windows sometimes change. Customers can find updates about items in production in the “Updates” highlight on our Instagram.

✶ Oops, my address is incorrect. Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed my order?

All orders will be shipped to the confirmed address on your order. Address changes are not PayPal protected and therefore the only way to change your address is to cancel your order and re-place it.

Canceled orders will be refunded less the PayPal fees incurred.

✶ My package shipped, but it still hasn’t arrived.

Due to COVID-19 and the holiday season, we are experiencing extending shipping times. In rare occurrences, international orders have taken 6+ months to arrive. Please know that once we ship a package, it is out of our hands and we recommend contacting your local postal provider for more details. We are not responsible for lost packages and ask that file a claim with your postal provider.

✶ What happens if tracking shows my package was delivered but I did not receive it?

First, please check with family, friends, and neighbors to see if someone accepted the delivery on your behalf. Also, please allow a couple extra days (especially around the holidays) as it could sometimes get scanned, but the delivery person has yet to drop it off.

As we can only see the same tracking information as you can, we recommend doing the following:

1. Check your order confirmation email and confirm that you entered your shipping address correctly.

2. Call the USPS toll free number and tell them you didn't receive your package: 1-800-ASK-USPS (800-275-8777)

3. After 7 days, submit a search request: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

✶ Can I return or exchange received items?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can assist in making it right.

✶ Can I apply a coupon?

Any valid coupons must be applied at time of checkout and cannot be applied to previous order. Once a coupon is used, it cannot be used again.
